• Understanding light, exposure time, and image formation

• Hands-on use of pinhole cameras

• Loading and exposing silver gelatin photographic paper

• Basics of composition and long-exposure image-making

• Introduction to darkroom workflow and safety

• Developing photographic paper using traditional darkroom chemistry

• Creating contact prints and evaluating exposures

• Experimental approaches to analogue image-making and photographic materiality

Photographic Paper

• 10 sheets of 10x10” silver gelatin photographic paper per participant
  (including test sheets)

• Developer

• Stop Bath

• Fixer

Studio Access

• Access to a fully equipped darkroom and studio space

• Use of pinhole cameras and related studio equipment

Morning Session: Introduction to pinhole photography, camera demonstration, exposure techniques, and image planning

Afternoon Session: Outdoor/indoor image-making session followed by darkroom processing, print development, and discussion
